The Soft Landing journey
From incorporation to full operation — managed end to end.
Three phases, one firm. Every step is coordinated to remove friction and give you certainty over the project's progress.
Phase 01
Establish
Incorporate the Mexican entity and make it ready to operate — fiscally, migratorily and bankwise.
- Company incorporation — incorporation of the entity and appointment of nominee directors as needed.
- Tax registration — registration before the SAT, legal representative and fiscal address.
- Migratory visas — for incoming staff and employee registration certificate.
- Bank account — GP&H acts as legal representative to expedite the process. Multicurrency: USD · EUR · MXN.
Phase 02
Build
Secure the land, the permits and the legal and fiscal structure ahead of launch.
- Land due diligence — full legal due diligence prior to acquisition or lease.
- Energy & water permits (critical path) — the gatekeepers to any launch, secured through GP&H's direct interlocution with the authorities.
- Permits & authorization — import-export, IMMEX program and IMSS registration.
- Legal agreements — construction, development and commercial agreements.
- VAT preoperative setup — accounting, tax and legal measures per the Mexican VAT Law.
Phase 03
Operate
Sustain the operation with recurring labor, tax and accounting services.
- Labor & payroll — labor contracts and payroll management.
- Intellectual property — trademark registration and license agreements.
- Monthly tax services — sub-annual returns and payments, billing tracking and VAT refunds.
- Monthly accounting — financial statements, cash management, annual return and trial balance.
