Data controller

Servicios Legales GPL&H, S.C. (“GP&H”), with registered address at Lázaro Cárdenas 1007, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide to us, under Mexico’s legislation on the protection of personal data held by private parties.

Personal data we collect

We collect the data you provide to us directly through this site’s contact form, by email, telephone, WhatsApp or WeChat, or in person: your name, company, email address, phone number, sector of interest and any information you choose to include in your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site.

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes:

  • Responding to and following up on your inquiry.
  • Identifying you and communicating with you regarding the legal services you request.
  • Preparing service proposals and, where applicable, formalizing an engagement.

Secondarily, and only if you do not object, we may use your contact details to send you information on legal topics of interest. You may object to this purpose at any time by writing to the email address below.

Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided by law (for example, requests from a competent authority). To operate this site and our contact channels we use technology service providers that process data on GP&H’s behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate, request its deletion and object to its processing (the “ARCO” rights under Mexican law), as well as to withdraw any consent you have given us. To exercise these rights, send a request to contacto@gphlegal.mx stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and the data concerned. We will respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.

This notice may be updated to reflect legislative changes or changes in our practices. Any modification will be published on this page together with its date of last update.
